Our “Eat Clean Get Lean in 30” program will transform your body and your health through a proven and balanced diet that is based on natural, whole food nutrition. You will learn to eat mindfully and in a way that fuels your body for increased energy, mental clarity and peak physical performance.
The Eat Clean Get Lean program includes:
- A one hour consultation that will assess your individual daily caloric needs, outline how to plan a clean and balanced weekly menu and tips and suggestions for incorporating our program into your busy and active lifestyle.
- Four weeks of food journal review with recommendations to keep you on track.
- Four weeks of trainer support to assist you in your transition to a healthy, whole-food way of eating.
