Personal Training

Through expert coaching, goal setting workouts and nutritional guidance you will get results that only Personal Training can deliver. Your program begins with a complimentary consultation and fitness assessment from which we develop a specially designed training program to target your individual goals for lasting results.

What To Expect 

  • Personal Training is offered in 10, 20 and 30 session packages. Half hour to one hour session times are available.
  • All new clients are required to fill out an online health form before their first appointment.
  • Consultations last 30-45 minutes and include a review of your health history and clean eating guidelines followed by your fitness assessment.

*Personal Training pricing begins at $30/session. Minimum of 10 sessions.
