Small Group Training

If you prefer Semi-Private Training, our Small Group Sessions are structured to be appropriate for a wide variety of fitness levels while still providing individual attention and accountability. Sessions are designed as a total-body workout while keeping a specific focus on one or more key fitness components: cardio, strength, toning, core fitness, balance and flexibility. Group Training accommodates 3-6 people in either an existing session or you can inquire about adding your own small group.
