WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We are a personal and small group training studio that offers customized, total body workouts coached by certified Personal Trainers. Clients can choose to train one-on-one with us or work within a smaller group of 3-6 people. We can match you to a current group or you can grab your friends and start your own.

DO I NEED TO HAVE EXERCISE EXPERIENCE TO JOIN?

Not at all! Private training is perfect for anyone just beginning with a workout program but most of our small group training sessions can be tailored for every fitness level.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A TRAINING SESSION?

All of our training sessions are specific to the needs of each individual client with a focus on functional training to maximize your body’s natural abilities.  We incorporate elements of cardiovascular training, strength training, muscular endurance, flexibility and balance in our sessions for optimal fitness results.
