When It Come To Fruits and Vegetables, Eat The Rainbow

Summer is ripe for the picking of fresh fruits and vegetables and now we know that many of the healthy benefits of their phytonutrients are actually related to their color. It’s suggested that for optimal nutrition you should include 2 servings of each color in your daily diet. Need some suggestions on how to achieve this? Maybe build a beautiful salad of greens, cauliflower, carrots, beets and tomatoes. Or perhaps add a glass of organic V8 juice to your morning breakfast.
