Motivation Not to Skip your workout this Weekend

 

 If you find yourself having that nagging internal debate whether to exercise or not, we’ve got your back!
We all find it tough sometimes to motivate ourselves to put more movement in our day, especially when the
cold New England weather makes us want to curl up by a warm fire and sink our teeth into a good novel or favorite
show on Netflix. Before you decide to talk yourself out of it,  give a few of these reasons a try anytime you are feeling a little less than ambitious. You WILL be glad you did and wonder why you even considered not doing it!

  1. Because those post exercise endorphins makes you feel amazing
  2. Because when you are done you feel accomplished
  3. Because your exercise buddies are counting on you to show up
  4. Because your establishing a healthy habit
  5. Because you know that exercise energizes you
  6. Because it boosts your immune system
  7. Because a strong body is a healthy body
  8. Because you don’t want to undo all your hard work with unhealthy food
  9. Because you feel more confident when you are fit
  10. Because working out is a great stress reliever
